Work Experience
SGT Quinones has a solid record and vast knowledge including tactical operations,
special operations, counterterrorism operations and counter-narcotics operations. In
his 10 years as a member of the tactical operations team participated in over 200
missions, many of these in highly hostile environments. In the year 2004 was awarded
with the medal of valor and in 2007 received the SWAT Wings for his role as master
instructor in firearms and tactics on the program of firearms instructors of the Puerto
Rico Estate Police Department.
