| You must be a RSO and Instructor with your own insurance. 1 year or more of firearm instruction experience. Be able to demonstrate your abilities and knowledge to our senior instructors.. Most important you must be safe! |
| If your not a RSO we can work on that with you. |
| All the instructors are friends at work and outside of work. So it's not just being a good instructor, it's working with everyone harmoniously. |
