SHOTGUN Home Defence Course
| This course adds to prior learned skills |
| This is NOT a NRA Course Prerequisites for this course is the You must be familiar with Shotguns You must provide your own (pump or semi auto) shotgun and 200 shells. #6-7 1/2-8 shot is recommended. NO SLUGS! A sling and a shell carrier is recommended. You must supply your own eye and hearing protection. This is a 5-6 hour Range course Depending on Class Size. Rain or shine. No classroom involved. A range safety briefing will be held at 0830hrs. If you miss it you will not be allowed to shoot that day. This is not a basic course. You MUST be familiar with your firearm. |
| SAFETY RULES 1. ALWAYS keep the gun pointed in a safe direction. 2. ALWAYS keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot. 3. ALWAYS keep the gun unloaded until ready to use. |
